It’s time to experience new horizon of user experience with new applications and new capabilities beyond your imagination. Soon it will be a foundation for many of Open Handset Alliance innovations. (More than 30 technology and mobile leaders including Motorola, Qualcomm, HTC and T-Mobile)

The Big G is now striking into mobile industry! Get info anywhere anytime. Much more than a phone!

Android is a perfect boundless platform for mobile devices including an operating system, user interface and applications. All software can run on your mobile sounds interesting right! It’s not all - it is backed by best available longstanding mobile strategy not as a replacement to current devices but to complement it amazingly.

Great opportunity for technology players - if you are among them then you have to wait few more for SDK availability.

So potential users it’s time to experience innovation at its peak:

  • You can easily replace the dialer or home screen whenever you want - Android does not differentiate among the phone’s basic and 3rd party applications.
  • Pool of vast information and knowledge is now in your hand. GPhone combines web information like contacts or geographic locations with phone data.

The SDK contains what you need to build and run Android applications, including a true device emulator and advanced debugging tools.

Now, let’s see what spice does rumors are adding into GPhone gambit into mobile industry.

GPhone recently run extreme hot and cold as it’s tough to keep up, but AppleInsider is reporting that the big G is making a push in developing their own handset. The investment guidance firm Anian report quotes that HTC is being tapped to build up Linux-based GPhone launch it in US in early 2008, with Orange getting coverage in France and other countries.

Anian remarks that Google’s in talks with Verizon and AT&T, and that Verizon has already shot the big G down - much like it did with Apple and the iPhone.

Well it’s all what’s hot in buzz these days - hard to ignore but Google is a strong player too! It’s being fascinating to see how the Big G outlines the wireless communication industry.

GPhone will be publicized soon within first quarter of 2008. We may anticipate GPhone somewhere as iPhone’s launch. But iPhone at least in its initial release, has not upended the wireless industry, particularly in the United States, as per the expectations. The iPhone certainly has pushed the cell phone envelope a bit further, and it hints at what’s to come, but so far the iPhone is still playing by the rules while Google is rule creator. GPhone may be announced as early as next week and may debut as early as the first quarter of 2008.

Google itself is a brand representing best user experience and reliability. Well established remark in search industry, marvelous player in advertising sector, fledged users with acceptable web applications like GMail, GCal etc. How can anyone step beyond the reach of Big G’s media coverage - Youtube, Blogger, Picasa.

And now it’s mobile communication industry - the GPhone.

Major focus is in US market - lobbying the US government for changes in wireless policy. While it did not achieve as much as it wanted in the planning for the upcoming 700 Mhz spectrum auction in January, it did push for the fact that consumers in the US can buy any phone and use it on any carrier in the future.

If everything runs smoothly the GPhone will be the new face of wireless industry. Hopefully will govern US market soon. If not - no issues still it’ll allows users to have an advanced functionality experience.
