First of all, this tutorial is prepared for those that does not want to install Vista to their pc for some reason.
Maybe you can not afford Vista , maybe your pc is not enough powerful to run vista or anything.Chances are good that you can have a fresh Vista (Of course Aero Glass Transparent!) look without installing.The best thing is that this tranformation will not consume so much system resource, it will needs a little bit of ram. How great isn’t it? So before we begin pimping our XP, we need 3 things:

WindowBlinds 5 (Enhanced) -> This is for a transparent look (AERO) & themes
Vista Transformation Pack 7
Aero Starry-Eyed Theme

You can find WindowBlinds 5 (Enhanced) from torrents, Vista Transformation Pack & Aero Starry Eyed Theme is easy to find just google them!

Step -1) We first start installing WindowBlinds 5 (Enhanced), it will install it very quickly. After installing do no touch anything !

Step-2) Then we extract Vista Transformation Pack 7 and run setup, *Don’t Forget to Make a FULL install*, select everything ! Do not worry it will take a while to install, it will attempt to change some system files of xp, do not worry just ignore the messages by canceling them.When installing finishes we advance to step 3.

Step-3) In this part we will just install our theme to WindowBlinds, unpack our zipped theme to any directory, then click the theme file, it is automatically loaded by WindowBlinds, there will be a balloon tip after clicking the theme file, then click the balloon tip your theme will be loaded, and the final tune is that click on the “Vista Transformation Pack – Welcome Center”
icon on your desktop then click “Configure user account” then Select all under the Desktop Theme Enhancements and 3rd-party applications.

Done you are finished after a system restart your desktop will be loaded with gadgets and will have a fresh transparent Vista-Aero look.
