Recently PayPal is asking for its members an USA bank account to accept their money, but what if some of the members from outside of USA does not have an USA bank account? Isn’t it weird that this international company asking its members for an USA bank account? I am having the same problem and I wasn’t able to accept incoming payments, I hope this issue will be solved as soon as possible.

Two days ago , I sent an e-mail about this Issue and today they sent reply, here I am pasting this reply.

issue and we are working to resolve it. You don t need to add a bank
account, just bare with us while we fix it. Once we have this fixed we will
let you know and you will be able to accept payments just like before. I
sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
