Here another useful utility, you can surf anonymously without knowing proxy site addresses, let this tiny program to do that for you, this program opens a random proxy site each time you click Anony Surf button, this will provide more anonymity because you will be using different proxies for different web addresses. Do not forget to install .NET Framework 2.0.

Tried the software above. Worked OK, a little bit slow though, just like TOR. Have you tried one of the other commercial services like Anonymizer, http://www.rellakks.com or http://www.hidden24.com (a service launched by IDG Sweden)?
